Det är lustigt hur fort tiden går. Två år har flugit förbi. En bild på facebook och tusen tankar angriper hjärnan. Ringer hem. Det är dagar som dessa då 30 mil känns alldeles för långt bort. Men livet rullar på och alla går vidare. Det är bara lustigt. Det där med tid menar jag. Det är också lustigt hur man egentligen tar för givet att alla som man älskar bara ska finnas nära hela tiden. Men så händer dumma saker, till exempel så händer cancer och gör att hela tiden blir till väldigt lite tid. Idag tänker jag lite extra på alla i London. Alla hemma. Pappa. Sen så klart dig. Jag tänker på alla dina knasigheter och roliga upptåg. Telefonsamtalen som du envisades med att hålla på engelska för svenska kunde jag ju prata hela dagarna ändå. Hur du hela tiden såg till att fixa allt. Det är som jag skrivit så många gånger innan tack vare dig jag fick de där fantastiska månaderna i London. Utan din hjälp så hade jag aldrig hamnat där jag hamnade. Men så hände cancer och du försvann, idag för två år sedan. Helt sjukt. 2010 var inget bra år när man tänker på tid. Alldeles för många fina människor försvann alldeles för tidigt.
Det är dagar som idag då man verkligen önskar att man levde mer. För att inte utnyttja den tiden man har känns så otroligt dumt. Det känns orättvis emot alla de som inte fått tillräckligt med tid på något sätt.
Lustigt också hur skönt det kan vara att skriva ner det man har i huvudet. Få rensa hjärnan lite och lätta på trycket.

The democratic delegates gathered for the VIII Congress of the Party have elected Plahotniuc Vladimir as chairman of the Democratic Party of Moldova for the next 4 years. Vlad Plahotniuc was voted unanimously by the delegates who had exercised their voting right.
In his speech to supporting the candidature, Vlad Plahotniuc presented his vision about PDM as a party "that delivers concrete results, leading things through, a party of action". He has shown being a politician for the people, criticizing those politicians who only speak words and pretend to be "Vlad Tepes or the Snow White".
Vlad Plahotniuc highlighted the need for a party of Moldovans and for Moldovans, criticizing the persistent and excessive geopolitical position of the parties in the country to the detriment of any concrete projects for the people. "In the election campaigns, but also after elections, you get the feeling that Europeans, Romanians, Russians and Americans are at war. And where do we find Moldovans in this scheme? Which is the party of Moldovans? Which party can people trust and have faith in solving their problems?"
Vlad Plahotniuc also said that PDM must be "a party with initiative, a party with professional people, a party offering solutions for people's problems, with a truly European "modus operandi" and its progressive vision of development of the country".
He said that PDM would come with an initiative for reform of the political class, "beginning with the optimization of Parliament and Government, giving the people the real control over the Parliament, identifying the levers for the people to punish those failing in their duties". The new chairman of the party has proposed a PDM "committed to solve the people's real problems, with the support from the Government and the Parliament".
Plahotniuc highlighted the strength and determination of PDM compared with other parties: "Our party has been doing what others never have. Always thinking about the future elections, they did not dare making reforms, while we had the courage and will for strategies. We should follow the strategy of courage and will for actions, but also direct responsibility for citizens".
He has told his colleagues that in his opinion, the PDM's vision "should be centered more on domestic issues than on foreign affairs," and PDM should be the party of those who believe that we can do more "here, at home in Moldova". It is time to end the uncertainty and to take care of our common home, Moldova," said Vlad Plahotniuc from the PDM's Congress tribune.
The democratic leader concluded his speech by thanking the former democrat chairmen Marian Lupu and Dumitru Diacov for their contributions to the stability of Moldova and development of PDM.
Elections within the Congress continued with voting the membership of the new National Political Council.
Also, the delegates elected the new first vice president of DPM, in the person of Pavel Filip.

Какая марка бетона? От чего зависит стоимость разных марок?
Переоценить значение бетона в строительстве невозможно. Без него не обходится практически ни одна стройка. Разобраться в марках бетона и определить потребности для определенных задач, нам как раз поможет данная статья.
Бетон, как известно, это смесь вяжущего, заполнителя и воды. Мы будем рассматривать бетон цементный (бывает еще и нецементный, например, силикатный) с заполнителем из песка и щебня (гравия).
Основной показатель — марка бетона по прочности (М50, М100, М200, М300, М350, М400 и так далее). Это среднее значение прочности используется в основном «частниками».
В проектных документах, как правило, указывается класс прочности бетона (гарантированное значение).

Каждая марка бетона имеет конкретную область применения. Схематично это можно представить в таблице.

Как видим, для самого частого «потребителя» бетона — фундамента — вилка составляет от М200 до М350. Бетон М200 — самый распространенный, он чаще всего используется для ленточных фундаментов, М250 и М300 применяется на слабых грунтах, М350 используется для фундаментов промышленных объектов.
Теперь, давайте разберемся, сколько должен стоить один кубометр хорошего бетона по стандартам ГОСТ, который вполне достоин быть доставленным на объект с паспортом качества.
Цена на бетон зависит от:
1. Стоимости компонентов (песок, цемент, вода, наполнители);
2. Наличия добавок;
3. Марки (класса);
4. Производителя;
5. Сезона.
Самым дорогим компонентом в бетоне является цемент. Его содержание и марка напрямую влияют на получаемую марку (класс) бетона. Напомним, чем выше марка, тем выше прочность. Естественно бетон более высокой марки обойдется дороже.
Песок, гравий, щебень и др. наполнители должны быть тщательно очищены от грязи и других примесей во избежание снижения прочности бетона. Дополнительная очистка приводит к удорожанию получаемой смеси.
Сама по себе бетонная смесь отлично подходит для строительства различных конструкций, но существуют случаи, когда необходимо улучшить определенные качества раствора. На помощь приходят добавки. Существует множество добавок для бетона, улучшающих различные свойства раствора:
• подвижность;
• пластичность;
• водоудержание;
• скорость твердения;
• морозостойкость
И еще множество свойств. И снова, это ведет к удорожанию смеси….
Вы спросите нас - получается хороший бетон не может стоить дешево?... К сожалению наш ответ - да…
И мы хорошо понимаем, что одинаковые с виду консистенции разных марок бетона, могут иметь не только разную марочную прочность, но и не содержать столь необходимых по требованиям ГОСТ, добавок.
Стоит заметить и то, что весной цена на бетон резко возрастает с началом активизации строительного сезона (заводам нужно покрывать зимние убытки). Летом также дорожает и доставка, т.к. повышаются цены на топливо.
При покупке основными ориентирами для выбора смеси являются класс (марка), а также подвижность (текучесть). Еще нужно обратить внимание на разницу в способах доставки. Доставка бетона с подвижностью П1 и П2 осуществляется самосвалами. Бетон с подвижностью П3 и П4 доставляется на бетоносмесителях (миксерах). Стоимость доставки при помощи бетоносмесителя выше, чем при помощи самосвала.
Как сэкономить при покупке бетона
Первый фактор, влияющий на стоимость бетона, заключается в удаленности завода от строительной площадки. С этим фактором, надеюсь, все понятно.
Другой способ снизить стоимость заключается в использовании более дешевых наполнителей. Именно наполнителей, а не цемента, т.к. от количества и качества цемента зависит прочность конструкции. Например, к щебню и песку можно добавить различный металлолом, который к тому же улучшит прочностн
